The above rates are subject to 2% Luxury tax + 13% VAT (total of 15.26%) as levied by
the
Government of Nepal and is inclusive of the following:
- Welcome refreshment drink (non-alcoholic)
- Accommodation in chosen category of room and chosen plan
- Daily International Buffet Breakfast at the coffee shop – The Garden Terrace.
- Complimentary standard WIFI internet.
- Standard hotel amenities (in room tea/coffee maker with supplies, in room safe, iron/ironing
board,
LED TV with host of cable channels, two bottles of mineral water per day).
- Complimentary usage of gymnasium, swimming pool and health club (steam, sauna) except
massages
- Club Facilities for Club Room and Above:

Check in / Check out
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Guests requiring early Check-in
will be subject to availability.
- Check-out is 11:00 am. Checkout after 11:00am but before 5:00 pm
is subject to a charge of 50% of the room rate. A full day's room charge will be applicable
for checkout after 6:00pm.

Airport Pickup / Drop rates
- Airport transfers: USD 20.00 plus taxes per car
per way (can accomodate 2 person each car).
CANCELLATION POLICY.
- If The Soaltee Kathmandu is advised that the entire event is partially
or entirely cancelled, the following cancellation fee will be applicable.
This fee will be a percentage of the total estimated expenses and will be
on a sliding scale as follows:
