Make Your Chitwan Getaway More Rewarding
A trip to Chitwan can include wildlife experiences, time in nature and a relaxing stay away from the demands of everyday life. At our Soaltee Westend Resort Chitwan, guests can enjoy a peaceful setting in Patihani, close to Chitwan National Park.
Our resort spans 10 acres of landscaped grounds and offers 52 rooms and villas, three dining destinations and facilities for meetings and events. Whether you are planning a family holiday, a couple’s retreat or a longer break, it offers a comfortable base for exploring the region.
Your stay can also be an opportunity to collect rewards for future visits. Through our Soaltee Heritage Club membership programme, eligible spending at participating properties earns points that can be redeemed for selected rewards.
Before booking, it is important to understand the programme, so you can get the most from your membership, including knowing the rates available and how you could use your points.

How Do You Earn Soaltee Heritage Club Points in Chitwan?
Members can earn points on eligible hotel stays, food and drinks, and banquet bookings at Soaltee Hotels & Resorts. The standard earning rates are:
Eligible spending | Points earned |
Room charges | 5 points per NPR 100 |
Food and beverages | 3 points per NPR 100 |
Banquets | 1 point per NPR 100 |
For instance, if you pay NPR 10,000 in eligible room charges and an additional NPR 5,000 in eligible food and drinks, you can accrue 650 points before any adjustments or promotions are applied.
Here is how the points are calculated:
Room spending: NPR 10,000 × 5 points per NPR 100 = 500 points
Food and beverage spending: NPR 5,000 × 3 points per NPR 100 = 150 points
Total: 650 points
The actual points you receive may vary based on eligible charges, programme terms and any offers.
How Can You Make Sure Your Points Are Credited?
A few simple steps can help you manage your rewards:
Join Soaltee Heritage Club before your stay or eligible transaction.
Provide your membership details when booking or settling your bill.
Check whether your booking channel and spending qualify for points.
Check your account on checkout or bill settlement.
Keep your booking confirmation and bill until the points have been credited.
Not all booking channels may qualify for points. Before booking through a third-party travel website, check the current programme terms to confirm your eligibility.

How Many Points Do You Need for a Complimentary Night in Chitwan?
You need 8,500 points for a complimentary night at our Soaltee Westend Resort Chitwan, subject to availability and applicable redemption terms. This gives members a clear points target to work towards when planning a future stay.
However, reaching the points threshold does not automatically guarantee a room on your preferred date. Redemption is subject to the current programme rules, room availability and applicable booking conditions.
Before making plans, check the following:
Whether you have enough eligible points in your account.
Whether your preferred dates are available for reward redemption.
Which room category and occupancy conditions apply.
Whether any blackout dates, restrictions or additional charges apply.
How to confirm the reward booking through the official channel.
If you are close to the required points balance, check your account and contact our resort or Heritage Club team to explore your options before confirming your travel dates.

500 | NPR 250 |

What Is Soaltee Heritage Hour at Chitwan?
Soaltee Heritage Hour is a member benefit designed to add a relaxed social experience to a visit. The programme is a daily experience between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, with Hi-Tea and refreshments. Selected house beverages are also described as additional privileges for eligible higher-tier members.
For a Chitwan visit, it may be a pleasant way to slow down after exploring the area or return to the resort before dinner.
As the inclusions and arrangements can vary, confirm the current Heritage Hour offering with Soaltee Westend Resort Chitwan before planning your evening around it.

Can Soaltee Heritage Club Members Get Better Rates at Chitwan?
Soaltee Heritage Club members can access member rates through the official app. Depending on the offer, travel dates and applicable terms, booking through an official Soaltee channel may provide better value than choosing a publicly listed rate elsewhere.
Remember to check the price of the room, not just the headline rate. Take into account the overall booking conditions, such as cancellation policy, inclusions, occupancy, taxes (if applicable) and whether the booking is eligible for points.
Before reserving your stay:
Check the available rates for your preferred dates.
Compare the inclusions and cancellation conditions.
Check the terms of any offers that are exclusive to members.
Double-check whether the reservation earns points.
Check whether your points will be honoured for the intended stay.
The best option depends on your travel plans and the offers available at the time of booking. A member rate should be considered, but not assumed to be the lowest rate for any given day or room category.

What Dining Discounts Are Available Through Soaltee Heritage Club?
Our Soaltee Heritage Club membership also offers dining benefits on eligible food and beverage spending. Discounts are released tier by tier in the programme, but the eligible transactions and applicable terms should be checked before ordering.
Our programme’s benefit information lists the following food and beverage discounts:
Membership tier | F&B discount |
Member | 7% |
Silver | 10% |
Gold | 15% |
Platinum | 20% |
Eligibility for these benefits is subject to current programme terms and eligible transactions. Not all menu items, promotions, outlets or dining arrangements are eligible for the same discount.

Rapti House: An option for private dining and special gatherings.
Any discount and exclusions for dining must be confirmed with the resort team before ordering.
It is also worth checking out our Soaltee Heritage Club membership tiers and their benefits, so you can see how privileges vary according to membership level.
How Do You Join Soaltee Heritage Club?
If you are staying at Soaltee Westend Resort Chitwan or visiting other participating properties, joining is a good first step to take.

One easy way to begin:

Follow the available registration instructions.
Fill in all the information and check the programme conditions.
Have membership details available during booking or payment for eligible services.
Use the official app or website to check your points, member rates and available rewards.
The club also offers a paid Signature membership option. Review its price and additional privileges separately if you are considering it; you do not need to purchase Signature membership to join the standard programme.
How Can You Manage Your Membership and Rewards?
The Soaltee Heritage Club app provides a convenient starting point for managing your membership. Depending on the features available to your account, you can use the official channel to review points, explore member rates, check offers and learn about redemption options.
Check your points balance and available reward options before travelling to Chitwan. This can be particularly useful when redeeming points for a complimentary night instead of paying the actual room price.
You can access the app through the official stores:
For additional guidance, read the complete guide to using the Soaltee Heritage Club app.
Is Soaltee Heritage Club Worth Joining for a Chitwan Stay?
The programme could be beneficial if you are likely to stay at any Soaltee property more than once, dine at participating venues or want to redeem points for future rewards.
If you are a first-time guest, you can collect eligible points for free through standard membership. Value can be higher for repeat visitors as points accumulate and higher-tier benefits become applicable.
Membership value depends on how much you spend, how often you travel, the offers available and how you use your rewards. If you are traveling for a single visit, compare room rates and other membership benefits, not just the savings on your trip.
The best way to decide is to review the terms, look at the booking options and compare the value to your travel plans.
