Soaltee Heritage Club at Soaltee Westend Itahari: Points, Heritage Hour and Member Rates

The Soaltee Heritage Club is our hotel loyalty programme, designed to reward eligible spending at participating Soaltee Hotels & Resorts properties. Soaltee Westend Itahari provides members with opportunities to earn points at specific room, food & beverage and banquet spending, discover special member rates and review privileges including Soaltee Heritage Hour. We have base earning rates that are 5 points per NPR 100 on eligible room charges, 3 points per NPR 100 on food and beverage spending and 1 point per NPR 100 on banquet spending.

Standard membership is free. Our reward guides list 7,500 points for a complimentary night at Itahari, while our Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket partnership lists a redemption value of NPR 50 for every 100 points.

Members can access the latest offers and rewards via the Soaltee Heritage Club programme and mobile app. Another benefit to consider is Soaltee Heritage Hour, which runs from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM. Make sure to check current eligibility and arrangements with the property before visiting.

Whether you are planning a business trip, a family stay or a meal at the hotel, understanding the available benefits can help you make more of your eligible spending.

What Is Soaltee Heritage Club at Soaltee Westend Itahari?

Soaltee Heritage Club connects eligible spending at participating Soaltee Hotels & Resorts properties with points, member rates and other privileges. Members can earn points using their eligible room, dining and banquet transactions and learn about the rewards under the programme's current guidelines.

At Soaltee Westend Itahari, the programme may benefit overnight guests, business travelers, diners and those attending meetings or celebrations. With 77 rooms, three dining outlets and five event venues, the property caters to a range of visits to eastern Nepal.

The benefits you get will be determined by the way you use your hotel. A business traveler might focus on room rates and points of qualified rooms spent. A local guest might be interested in dining privileges or someone arranging a meeting or celebration might want to learn about banquet earning rules.

Our Heritage Club programme also includes a partnership with Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket and offering a potential redemption opportunity beyond hotel stay. Eligibility and availability may differ; members should check the most recent information prior to planning.

How Can You Earn Soaltee Heritage Club Points in Itahari?

Members earn points on eligible room charges, food and beverage spending, and banquet transactions. Our base earning rates are outlined below.

These rates provide a useful starting point for estimating potential earnings. However, not every amount on a hotel bill necessarily qualifies. Transaction eligibility, exclusions, payment arrangements and current programme terms can affect the points credited.

How Many Points Could You Earn From One Visit?

Consider a visit to Soaltee Westend Itahari with NPR 12,000 in eligible room charges and NPR 3,000 in eligible food and beverage spending.

Assuming the same eligible spending on each visit and no tier bonuses, five similar visits would earn 3,450 base points.

This is an example of how points can be earned over time with qualifying spending. It does not guarantee any specific reward, since the actual results of the earnings and redemption options are based on the programme terms and availability.

Can Business Travelers Earn Points on Company-paid Stays?

Not automatically. Whether a company-paid booking qualifies for personal points depends on the booking channel, billing arrangement and applicable programme terms.

If your employer or travel desk book your accommodation, check before you travel. For businesses that are booking extended stays, meetings, or events, it is important to have these discussed with the hotel team before booking. This way everyone will be able to see which transactions qualify and won't presume that every corporate booking can get personal rewards.

How Can You Redeem Soaltee Heritage Club Points at Itahari?

Points earned by members of the Soaltee Heritage Club can be redeemed for other benefits of the programme, such as complimentary nights at participating properties.

Points needed will vary depending on the reward chosen, and availability will vary by property, room category and travel date.

You need 7,500 points for a complimentary night at Soaltee Westend Itahari. Check the current rewards list and availability before planning your stay around points redemption.

The programme specifies also a general minimum redemption value of 1,000 points. This is different from the number required for a specific reward: having 1,000 points does not mean a complimentary night at Itahari costs 1,000 points.

Before redeeming, you can also check:

• Your current points balance and the latest requirement for the reward.

• Availability of dates and room types.

• Occupancy limits, booking restrictions and other conditions.

• Any taxes, additional charges or exclusions displayed during redemption.

The best place to begin to get information about our Heritage Club is the official Heritage Club page. If you know when you want to travel, double check if there is a reward available for those dates.

Can You Use Soaltee Heritage Club Points at Bhat-Bhateni?

Our partnership with Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket will provide a possible avenue for members to redeem their points other than hotel stays.

The partnership announcement lists a conversion value of NPR 50 for every 100 points. At that announced rate, The illustrative values would be:

For instance, 1,000 points would be equivalent to NPR 500. These are representative figures and do not imply that redemption is in operation for all members, outlets and transactions.

Members who regularly stay at participating hotels can also explore eligible dining and event spending as additional ways to earn points alongside room bookings.

Before relying on this benefit, check the official Bhat-Bhateni partnership announcement and the Heritage Club app. Verify if it's a redemption and who is included, plus if there's a minimum balance or transaction requirement.
