How Many Points Do You Need for a Complimentary Night?

The points required for a complimentary night depend on the property. Our programme guides list the following redemption rates.

These rates will help you calculate how many points you need to save for your preferred destination.

For example, a complimentary night at Mithila Yatri Niwas requires fewer points than one at The Soaltee Kathmandu or The Soaltee Resort, Shivapuri National Park.

Before booking: Check the current points requirement and eligible room category and availability on the Soaltee Heritage Club platform. Conditions and rates of redemption are subject to change.

How Do You Earn Soaltee Heritage Club Points?

Members earn points on eligible spending at Soaltee Hotels & Resorts. Our base earning rates are:

For instance, NPR 10,000 that is spent in eligible rooms qualifies for 500 base points, prior to any tier bonuses or promotional offers.

Give your membership information at booking or when paying an eligible bill, to ensure that your points are awarded properly. Please review the programme terms and check your account after the transaction to determine if a booking/payment qualifies.

Members can also earn referral rewards. Refer & Earn instantly lists 50 points on the official programme page. Review the latest referral terms in the app to determine the eligibility.

Remember that earning points and redeeming points are different activities. Spending in eligible restaurants will earn points, but not every restaurant bill will be paid in points.

What Can You Redeem Soaltee Heritage Club Points For?

1. Complimentary hotel nights

Complimentary hotel nights let members use accumulated points towards a future stay. The points required vary by property, as shown in the table above.

Check your points balance and the current redemption rate before planning your visit. Having enough points does not guarantee that your preferred room or date will be available.

2. Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket redemption

Our Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket partnership gives members another way to use Soaltee Heritage Club points beyond hotel stays and dining.

The conversion rate is 100 points = NPR 50. Based on this rate, the redemption values are:

For example, 5,000 points represent NPR 2,500 in redemption value.

Check the Soaltee Heritage Club app for the current redemption instructions and applicable conditions before shopping.

Read our Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket and Soaltee Heritage Club partnership guide for more information.
